Show RAILROADER STIRS -LIVE-STOCK PEOPLE DENVER,, Jan. 12. A paper by W. P. Blddle, general traffic manager of the Santa Fe system, on '"The Relation of the Live-Stock Shipper to Transportation" was the opening feature of the convention of the National Live-Stock association ; this morning. Mr. Blddle was not present, pres-ent, but his paper lost nothing In the manner in which it was read by Secretary . C. J. Gavin of the association. Mr. Blddle's declaration that the grievances griev-ances of live-stock men against the railroads rail-roads were largely imaginary, and that If the shipper would confer personally with a responsible officer of the railroad, a satisfactory adjustment would swiftly ensue, was received with applause. |
