Show GOVERNOR VETOES , CONSTABLE BILL Measure Intended to Affect Service of Summons in Justices' Courts I Was Ambiguous. Gov. Wells has filed with the Secretary Secre-tary of State his veto of House bill No. t 137, which was Intended to amend the present law' relating to the service of summons and writs from Justice's courts. The Governor's objection Is that the bill, which Is Intended to provide that the process must be served by the Sheriff of the county in which the action ac-tion Is brought or by a qualified Constable Con-stable or City Marshal where such are in office, is that the proposed new statute stat-ute is ambiguous as to who may make ' the service in counties of other than the first, second and third classes.
