Under the circumstances the officers felt that the advice was good and followed it Walker then stole a btcyce and rode toward the southern part of the city.. A Union Pacific switching crew had witnessed the theft and gave chaae with their engine, overtaking the man near Twenty-fifth atreet. On alighting from the engine to capture the' man they were met by the revolver and invited to ret back 'on the engine.. Like Belnap they followed the advice. . ' Walker next showed up at tbe barn of Mr Ramaon Wednesday morning.
