SALINA: Sallna is Just recovering from the epidemic of smallpox which descended de-scended upon it at the close of the last year. Nineteen flags have been raised alnce that time.xbut only eight remain, and four of these will be taken down tomorrow. to-morrow. By the first of March all the flags will have been taken down and the epidemic will be stamped out.
