Show TWO TICKETS IN WELLS-PARGO Harriman Put Third on List by Interests Fighting for Increased Dividends From Company. NEW YORK, Aug. 8. The annual meeting meet-ing of the stockholders of Wells. Fargo ft Co., was held hero today. Samuel Un-termeyer Un-termeyer was present as counsel for Walter Wal-ter C. Stockes and the Stockholders' party which have been trying to induce the company to Increase its dividend. Mr. Untermeyer demanded that a third Inspector In-spector of elections be named to represent rep-resent the interests for whom he appeared. ap-peared. William Nelson Cromwell, counsel for the other Interests, opposed the motion but Mr. Babcock, representing the stockholders stock-holders Interests, was allowed to sit as an observer of elections. Mr. Cromwell presented a tocket for election as directors composed of the members of the present board, as follows: E. H. Harriman, Dudley Evans, John J. McCook, William F. Herrln. R. S. Lovett, H. B. Parsons, H. E. Huntington. George E. Gray, F. D. Underwood, Julius Kruttschnitt. W. V. 8. Thorne. W. T. Van Brunt and William D. Cornish. Mr. Stokes nominated the '. following ticket: Dudley Evsns, H. B. Parsons. E. H. Harriman. F. D. Underwood, Walter C Stokes. Marsden J. Perry, Robert W. Pomeroy, George H. Robinson. Richard H.
