' The fire department was called to the Diamond Dia-mond saloon. 169 West South Temple street, yesterday afternoon. The fire was caused by the explosion ot a gasoline stove. The damage dam-age was slight. Juror. Out of City. The Inquest, over the death of James Rellly will be held in the office of Coroner Smith next Tuesday morning. The Inquest .baa been postponed until that time on account of one of the Jurors being out of the city. A number of witnesses have been summoned to appear before the jury. First Open House. The first ot a series of open house meetings meet-ings for members of the V. M. C. A. will be held next Sunday afternoon. A short address ad-dress will be made at each meeting by a prominent speaker. ' On motion of the defends nt's attorney, the trial of John Holm, who is charged with selling liquor without a license, has been transferred from Justice Riter's court to the court- of Juctice Holm.
