ENGLISH BUY BONDS OF ALASKA RAILROAD SEATTLE, June 16. The stockholders and trustees of the Alaska Central railroad, rail-road, at their annual meeting which closed tonight, amended the . company's by-laws and trust deed to provide for the purchase by a syndicate of London and Holland bondholders of $8,000,000 of Alaska Central bonds, with which to finance the construction for the line. An agreement was signed with tha Tsn-nana Tsn-nana Construction company to complete the road as far as the Chlcakm coal fields, 16 miles north of Seward, not later lat-er than July 1 of this year. August Helnce, the Butte copper o iterator, itera-tor, who has become a stockholder, was mads a trustee. With this exception ths old trustees were re-elected.
