Show MAN BURNS TO D&ATH . IN CABIN AT BULLFROO ' BULLFROG, Nev.. Feb. 14. Robert Baggaley, son of Ralph Baggaley of Pittsburg, Pa., was burned to death last night in his cabin. It la thought the candle burned down until It set fire to the table on which it rested. An effort was made to save him by the night force on the Montgomery-Shoshone mine, but before they reached the cabin and gained entrance Baggaley had been overcome and literally roasted alive. He was found near the door standing erect, showing that he had attempted to escape, but probably was blinded by the flames and smoke and could not find the door. When the rescuers attempted to drag the body from the burning building It fell 'back Into the flames and was burned beyond recognition. ' . |
