The companies find that neither party' is entitled to two of the claims over which they have been quarreling. The Supreme court in Its opinion written writ-ten by Chief Justice Bartch and concurred con-curred In by Justice McCarty. affirms the opinion of' the lower court and finds In favor of the Golden Head Mining company com-pany and against the Bonanxa Consoli-: Consoli-: dated Mining company. The suit in the lower court was for the purpose of quieting quiet-ing the title to four mining claims. Two of the claims were found to belong to the "".
