H was born In ptrden In 1162 and spent the early part or his life tn Kden. In 1901 He moved with his family to Halt Lake. He wa taken 111 December 21, and had lingered until Monday, when ha waa strciken by apoplexy and died In a local hospital. He wa senior president presi-dent of the on hundred eighty-eighth quorum of seventy for several years and was ordained high priest. I A wife, Nanry Murphy Kerrln, and I the following children survive: Mra. Hnstlla Ferrln Larkin of Ogden. and Clyde M, John J., Minnie, May. Ina and Joseph. H la alao survived by : his mother, five brother and three slaters and three grandchildren. Fneral services will be held In th Twnty-nlnthward, Thursday morning at 10 o'clock. The cortege will leave immediately after th services for Kden. where services will b held in th ward chapet Interment will be In th Kden cemetery.
