Show MERCHANT MARINE CADET CORPS EXAMS SET FOR APRIL 3 High school seniors who make application for appointment to the United States Merchant Marine Ma-rine Cadet Corps and pass the examination on April 3 will be able to finish high school and receive their diplomas in May or June, it was announced today. Applications must be postmarked postmark-ed not later than midnight March 1 1946 to be considered for tne examination. Successful candidates candid-ates will not e assigned to tht cadet schools before July 1, 1946. Honorably discharged veterans of the merchant marine and armed arm-ed services up to the age of 24 vears will be considered for appointment ap-pointment as cadet-midshipmen.
