Show BOY SCOUTS GIVEN AWARDS AT TRACY WIGWAM OUTING Boy Scouts, parents and members mem-bers of the Bingham district Boy Scout council were in attendance at the court of honor and swimming swim-ming meet held Sunday evening at Tracy Wigwam in Mill Creek canyon. Dr. Paul S. Richards cooked and served hamburgers and watermelon to the 150 present. pres-ent. Dr. Richards was assisted by his son, Paul, daughter, Ethel, Melba Carlson, Dino Moretti, and William Ray. Al Ahlquist, camp director at Tracy Wigwam and Glen Lambson of troop 136, led the community singing. Troop 112 of Copperfield won top honors in the swimming meet. Troop 111 placed second. W. R. Jenkins, Malcolm Robertson, Robert-son, and W. C. Carter were in charge of this event. The court of honor which was held early in the evening, following follow-ing the swimming meet and serving ser-ving of refreshments, was under the direction of Martin Jensen of Copperton. Joseph Kemp, Midvale. secretary of the Bingham Bing-ham district council, dressed as i an Indian chief presented the awards. Joe Timothy, district j Boy Scout chairman, presided over all events. Eisenhower Shell awards were presented to the following troops: 111, 112, 113, 136 and 150. This type award was given to troops who have averaged collection of 1000 pounds of paper per Boy Scout during recent paper drives. Individual Eisenhower medals were given to the following scouts for collecting 1000 pounds of paper: Troop 111, Johnny Garahana, Joseph Herrera, John Erickson.
