Gatherum 19 1921 1 Bonair st at Holladay celebrated her birthday Friday Friends and relatives dropped in throughout the day to congratulate late her Mrs Gatherum as was born March 25 1868 In Essex England a daughter of Vill William am and Mina Frankland and came to the United States as a year old girl sirl making making making mak mak- ing the trip alone Her parents and other members of the family all nIl converts to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints pre preceded receded re- re ceded her to America She Friday recalled crossing the Atlantic in the old steamship Wyoming Wyo Wyo- ming After her arrival in in Salt Lake City she made her home with the George Q Cannon family for 15 months where she worked out immigration funds Mrs Gatherum married Thomas G G. G Gatherum in Scofield Utah Sept 25 1888 1858 and they were later married in the thc Manti ManU L D S temple Stemple after transportation was available Mrs Gatherum was the mother of seven children four sons James T.
