BIOFF ACCUSED OF SHAKEDOWN NEW YORK Oct 9 INS INS INS- Nicholas M M. Schenck president of Loews Loew's Inc testified Thursday in federal court that he paid in cash to William Willie Bioff west coast labor leader in 1936 Schenck first government witness witness witness wit wit- ness in the extortion trial of Bioff and George E.
