P Finegan In November last lat were discharged In the cr criminal division of the Third District court today Finegan claimed claimed- at the time of the arrest of the three parties partes that Miss Hewett had enticed him Into her room where with wih th the aid of of erry Ferry erry and Lindstrom Lindstrom Lind Lind- strom she attempted to force him to pay her 1000 The woman said that she had tried to teach Finegan a alesson lesson by allowing him to come to her room and then notifying her male friends that he was wa there When the matter was called cled for trial today District Attorney Eichnor asked for a a a continuance upon the ground that Finegan the witness viness was not present This was objected to by Edward McGurrin McGurrin Mc- Mc Gurrin attorney f for r Miss Hewett who asked that the trial proceed d or that a dismissal be ordered As Mr 11 Eichnor W wits was unable to say That Finegan would ever ver appear to prosecute the case Judge Stewart granted th thi moton motion for a dismissal and the defendants defendant were discharged
