Show MINUTE MAIDS I END CONTEST Mrs. Mike Brisk, chairman of the women's division of Bingham Bing-ham district war bonds and stamps committee, announces that the contest of sales among Minute Maids ended May 15 with Dawna Nerdin, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. T. Nerdin, in first place and winner of the $10 prize. Miss Nerdin sold stamps and bonds totaling $3569.30. . Second and third places, and the $5 prizes, went to Dorothy Warner, who sold $469.15 and $441, respectively, in bonds and stamps. Total sales of the 15 girls amounted to $4,951.45. Mrs. Brisk, chairman of the women's division, wishes ' to thank the. Minute Maids for their splendid work. She also acknowledges ack-nowledges the cooperation of the following organizations who contributed to the prize fund: Utah Copper Foremen's Safety committee, $5; and $2.50 each from Copperfield Altar society, American Legion, American Legion Le-gion auxiliary, Veteran's Foreign Wars, Ruth Rebekah lodge, Women's Wo-men's Civic club. |
