W Guy In connection with the purchase of five school buses there was paid to members of the board and school clerk during the year under audit au 1938 fiscal year ending June 30 the sum of to cover expenses of going east and driving home these buses the report said In addition to this amount board members received for salaries salaries salaries sala sala- ries and expenses expenses The auditors expressed the belief the practice is contrary to state statutes
