Miss Jean Frazier, a University Univer-sity of Utah student, spent the week-end at the home of her parents. Dr. and Mrs. R. G Frazier. Geraldeen Gammell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. Ray Gammell, Gam-mell, was a luncheon guest Monday Mon-day at the home of Mr. and Mrs. George Knudsen. Home from the University of Utah for the week-end were Ray Pett, Blake 11. Gammell and Stephen Pickering. A delightful theatre party was enjoyed Saturday evening by Rhea Lou Olsen, Audrey Groves, Vida Rae Poulsen, Betty Lou Houghton and Lola Jean Gammell. Gam-mell. Later a delicious two-course luncheon was served at the Ray Olsen home. Mary Etta Sours, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Sours, was a week-end guest at the home of Mrs- Laura McDonald of Mid-vale. Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thome, Mrs. Elvin Armitstcad and son, Arvil; Mrs. Ralph Henkel and children and Mrs. Alfred Henkel were visitors Sunday in American Fork at the home of Mr. Armit-stead's Armit-stead's father, George Conder, and in Pleasant Grove at the home of Mr. Thome's sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Duane Harper. Visitors over the week-end at the L. L. Durnford home were their son, Art Durnford, who in attending the University of Utah, and Phyllis Ivie of Salt Lake City. Sunday guests at the Durnford Durn-ford home were their daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Carter Grant, and sons, of Murray. Mur-ray. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Waring of Provo and daughter, Mrs. Jim . Sterling, and children of Poca-tello, Poca-tello, Idaho, spent Sunday at the Louis L. Watson home. Home for the week-end from nurse's training at the Salt Lake county hospital was Lorraine Peterson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Peterson. A visitor Friday at the Peterson home was Mrs. Peterson's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Smith and children of Magna. Mrs. Ralph Henkel and children, child-ren, Terry and Patricia, of Boston, Bos-ton, Mass., are now living witlt Mrs. Henkel's sister-in-law and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thorne. Mrs. Henkel and children child-ren spent Monday and Tuesday in Dountiful visiting Mrs. Henkel's Hen-kel's brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Brown. The evening of March 25 Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thorne, Mrs. Alfred Henkel and Mrs. Ralph Henkel motored to Salt Lake City for dinner and later enjoyed the theatre. Sunday dinner guests at the Raymond Cowdell home were Mrs. Cowdell's mother, Mrs. Daisy Draper; Mrs. Cowdell's , sister and husband, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Anderson, and children, Shirley, Carolyn and La Veil; and Dinner guosts at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Sours Tuesday, Tues-day, the sixteenth birthday of their daughter, Mary Etta, were Mr. and Mrs. J. Russell Loveless came home Thursday from Ogden to spend three days visiting his parents, Mr. and Mrs. P. O. Loveless. A visitor for the week at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Winn is Mrs. Winn's mother, Mrs. Thomas Yates of Midvale. A dance was enjoyed Wednesday Wednes-day evening at the Copperton LDS church. It was carried out in a Pan American theme and was sponsored by the MIA. The music was furnished by a Mexican Mexi-can orchestra. A delightful party was given Tuesday evening at the church by the Air Scouts. Attending were Shirley Parkin, Jackie Barlow, Bar-low, Ruth McKellar, Marjorie Pullan, Beverly Nix, Maxine Warner, Kenneth Ray, Delmar Schick, Howard Hausknecht, Gordon Buckle, Floyd Cox, Eddie Ed-die Tobiason, Howard Matthews, Robert Nicholl and their instructors, instruc-tors, George Gadd and Willis P. Sperry. Dancing was enjoyed and light refreshments served. Mr. and Mrs. George Gadd and family, were dinner guests Sat: urday at the home of Mr. Gadd's parents, Mr- and Mrs. Walter Denver of Pleasant Grove. Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Isbell and daughter, Margy, were dinner guests Tuesday evening of Mr. and Mrs. William Cale of Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Don Stoddard motored to Providence Sunday to attend a farewell party for Mrs. Stoddard's nephew, Seymour Sey-mour Leichty, who is leaving April 1 for training in the army air corps. Sunday afternoon a delightful surprise party was given m honor hon-or of M?nte DeCol on his thirteenth thir-teenth birthday. Guests attending attend-ing were Boyd Stoddard, Bob and Dick Jenkins, Norma and Jack Cowdell, Jerry Watkins, Gerry Shilling, Marjorie Ben-nion, Ben-nion, Donna Rae Olsen, Marlene Diederich, James Peterson and Dorothy Groves. Party games were played and prizes given Dick Jenkins, Monte DeCol, Donna Rae Olsen and Norma Cowdell. A light luncheon was served and candy favors given each guest. Prizes at bridge went to Miss Neprud and Mrs. Knudsen. Luncheon waa served at a large table centered with daffodils. Visitors Sunday at the E. V. Knudsen homo were Mrs. Knud-sen's Knud-sen's brother and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Jean Christensen, and children, of Salt Lake City. Saturday afternoon a delightful delight-ful birthday party was given in honor of Marilyn Jensen on. her twelfth birthday at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Geo-rge Jensen. Attending were Shirley Shir-ley Anderson, Barbara Coward, Margy Isbell, Lucille Peterson, Rhea Armitstead, Faye Stringer, Loretta Robison. A hike was enjoyed en-joyed and later games were played play-ed with prizes going to Barbara Coward and Lucille Peterson. A dainty luncheon in a pink and green color scheme was served, andy favors were presented. Attending a quilting Monday at the Copperton LDS ward chapel were the following Re lief society members who were served a luncheon by Mrs. Faun Price, Mrs- Florence Buckle and Mrs. Ethel Crellin: Mrs. Fred Cox, , Mrs. H. A delightful party was held Sunday afternoon at the home of Barbara Jenkins. Guests were Pat Mannion, Beverly Scussel, Joy Dean Davies, Betty Byrne, Connie Brown and Rhea Lou Olsen. Games were played and a delicious luncheon served. Friday evening a delightful three-act comedy was presented at Copperton LDS ward chapel bv the MIA. The cast of "Here Come Three Knights" included Richard Hofhiens, Wayne Ray, Glenn Pett, Jenna Vee Olsen, Beverly Anderson, Rhea Lou Olsen, Delmar Schick, Marjorie Pullan, Joyce Hansen, Beth Cowdell Cow-dell and Bob Poulsen. Mrs. Zelma Hofhiens was director, Mrs. Willis Wil-lis Sperry assistant and Ernest Poulsen was in charge of properties. pro-perties. Tuesday luncheon guests at the home of Mrs. O. R.
