M Smiths Smith's monthly report submitted Monday night to the he city commission Births for the month totaled 27 nine of which were boys and 18 of which were vere girls Deaths totaled 17 seven of which were at the Utah state slate hospital A total of 22 cases of scarlet fever were recorded 18 cases cases of pneumonia nia and three cases of whooping cough according to the report Minor Minor Minor Mi Mi- nor ailments o of school children were treated at Dr Smiths Smith's office and 40 cases of Indigent poor were cared for at his office offic and their I homes the report stated
