W Finch director of the bureau of ot mines Dr Finch appeared as a witness before the subcommittee of ot the senate senate sen sen- ate mining committee and said that while he could not anticipate that returns from activities as provided in the measure would show a profit he believed it would materially aid aidin aidin aidin in decreasing the cost of ot relief and at the same time add considerably to the thc stocks o of precious metals of the United States
