PARK CUT CON CONI PLANS EXPANSION Park City Consolidated Mines company corn com pany is Lo making extensive preparations for lor increasing production the first of the year J. J J. J Beeson vice president and general manager of the company announced Thursday At the main shaft a new Ingersoll- Ingersoll Rand compressor and a double eck cage have been installed The corn com presser replaces the one that has served the company since it began work in 1923 On the foot level work will be expedited by electric haulage A storage stor age battery locomotive has just been installed and workmen are busy straightening the tunnel The change will entail a temporary curtailment of tonnage but it is expected the work will be completed by the first of the year Meantime preparations are going forward for developing the East Crescent Crescent Cres Cres- cent vein on the foot level An inclined from the level to the level was completed recently and a motor has been installed at the head of the incline Since completion of the the company has been producing around tons of ore daily Mr ee ee- son attributes heavy trading in the company's stock this week to orders from eastern stockholders familiar with the company's expansion pro pro- gram
