Must Pay Stamp Tax for Duck Hunting Federal Government Expects to Raise From Front Nationwide wide Migratory l Bird Fund By BILL McCREA t Utah duck hunters will soon be contributing a dollar each tach to a migratory bird fund from which the federal government through the 48 8 states hopes to raise approximately to be used in the development of bird refuges The new law which becomes effective June 15 specifies that each hunter must purchase a stamp which will be attached to his hb fishing and nd hunting license The stamps will be sold through through- various arious in the state at 1 each ach State Fish and Game Commissioner Newell rewell B.
