T Lane attorney for tor the groups read the code ode declaring the membership represented 75 per c con conof cent of the barber business and investment invest invest- ment in the state The hearing progressed smoothly until it reached a a clause providing for an executive board to enforce the code which would comprise the presidents presidents dents and secretaries of local loca branches of both unions and one barber barber bar bar- ber to be appointed by the governor Nonunion representatives protested protest protest- ed cd that they are denied representation tion on the board R.
