S Grant Young made his second sec see ond attempt Friday to get the state road oad commission to sign the road Sheriff Young explained that since the he road was taken over by the road commission under an act of the legislature leg leg- the county traffic patrol has made no effort to maintain the signs or replace worn out and damaged indIcators s. s He lie holds that upkeep of ol the he signs devolved upon the road commission when the road became n a state highway and has bas so notified the he road commission on at at least one previous occasion In the absence of a denial from the he r road ad commission that the duty belongs to it it Sheriff Young has adhered ad ad- hered to his original opinion and has las again requested the road commission com corn mission to take some action regarding regard regard- ing ng the signs sins
