Show SUNDAY SCHOOL PLANS MOTHER'S DAY PROGRAM Special services to commemorate commem-orate Mother's day will be held at the Bingham LDS ward chapel at 10 a.m. Sunday, May 9. The committee in charge includes Virginia Harris, Mrs. Mary Raby and Darlene Johnson. Numbers will include; Organ and piano prelude, Mrs-Nora Mrs-Nora Austin and Mary Lou Lyon; opening song, "Love at Home"; invocation, Shirley Jarred; sac- rament song, "Behold Tis Eventide"; Even-tide"; sacramental music, Mrs. Nora Austin at the organ; 2 12 minute talks, Mary "Alice Johnson John-son and Allen Lyon; vocal solo, "Ave Maria", Betty Lou Houghton Hough-ton of Copperton; Tribute to mothers, Melba Ot-teson; Ot-teson; poems, primary class, Sally Sal-ly Ann McAllister, Richard Mc-Neely, Mc-Neely, Jean Reynolds and Dan Davies; song, "Oh I had Such a Pretty Dream, Mama", kindergarten kinder-garten and nursery class; "Mother "Moth-er of Jesus", Robert Beard Of junior class; song, "Loving Mother Moth-er Kind and True", first inter-, mediate class; talk, "A Typical Latter Day Saint Mother1', by Mary Lou Lyon, advance senior class; Presentation of Flowers to Mothers, Assistant Superintendent Superintend-ent Clinton Robison and Darlene Johnson, 1 Jean Sorenson, Sybil Archibald and Myrle Beckstrom, flower girls; response by a mother, moth-er, Mrs. Ada Masters; trumpet solo, "Oh My Father", Gordon Ramsey; benediction, Paul Richards Rich-ards Jr. Aaron Beard, Sunday school superintendent, has directed direc-ted plans for the special service. |
