H of Salt Lake the Knight hotel of Bingham and other persons and firms of the west Thompson and Hill are charged with having obtained and printed checks on banks and trust companies in the United States and on nonexistent nonexistent nonexistent banks which they are alleged to have written for various amounts and signed with v various rious signatures Phillips Ryan and Cavas are arc alleged al al- al to have falsely presented the checks for or payment representing themselves as payees the complaints 1 charge E.
