W McBrIde federal prohibition administrator for Utah have apprehended four alleged rum rumrunners runners With an increased force of expert agents the local office began its war on rum by starting after those who are alleged to be bc supplying the small bootleggers of the city with liquor Among the first to fall faU in the net of the prohibition force were Andy Andrews 39 39 and J. J E.
