Special deer hunting permits may be issued only to hunters who have obtained a regular 1943 Utah big tame hunting license. This will Include In-clude either a $3.00 or (4.00 rest-lent rest-lent big game hunting license, or tor non-residents, a $20.00 big game Hunting license, or $25.00 combined hunting and fishing liense.
