C Julian Oil am and Royalties company The court however issued an order orde restraining Julian from disposing o of any of the company's property until untila a final hearing is held May 18 01 on ona a petition of Miss Marjorie Bennett Hollywood Cal for a receivership Housel was ordered to release th tile company's books to J J. J B. B Dudley on one ol of Julian's Julians attorneys Miss Bennett owner of six shares share of Julian stock valued by the latter latter's attorneys at each brought suit alleging Julian wasteful and extravagant ex cx and subject to riotous living
