The capital stoek may be Increased to any sum not exceeding $1,000,000, by vote of two-thirds two-thirds of the stock. The directors are Boyd Park, president; William W. Cblsholm, vice-president; S. F. Walker, cashier: S. II. Fields, assistant as-sistant cashier; William Mclntyre, George Mullett, John H. Farlow, Louis F. Kullak, Charles L. Han-naman, Han-naman, William J. Harvey and Edward B.
