Show Fatal Accident. On Friday night, July Jth, about 11 o'clock, as X. C. Cbristenseu and his son weru coming from the field with two load" of hiy, and were near the town, the by' team ran away, iaoing the fither'.- and going south. On arriving home, and finding the boy did not come, Christenscn took one of. the horses and went to look for tlie lad. He found the team had lieen slopped by a post near tho City Marshal's residence resi-dence and several persons gathered around it. He said "tliere should lie a boy on tlie load." On climbing up they found the boy was missing and going down the lield ro?d they found him lying dead. Tlie father thought that some loose horses in the lane had scared thcteam, butone of the persons who found the boy went ou Saturday morning to examine the place and ascertain if possible tlie true cause of the accident. He found a brake block in the road, and says the wheel struck tbisaud threw the boy off. The supposition is that lie was asleep. Tho deceased Is Henry Christensen, aged IS years. The boy had been enjoying the sports of the Foutb, anil in the evening went to the farm to bring a load of hay home. Death was instantaneous in-stantaneous from tlie appearance of the body. It is certain thai tlie neck was broken, as all around it and down the spinal column the flesh was very much discolored. Precinct Justice Shaw, having been called, examined the body and having hav-ing made full inquires, rlecided tliere was no need for an lnquestand that the boy came to his death by an accident.
