Commission Makes Award war on Nephritis An award of 2750 was made by bythe bytho bytho tho the state industrial commission to the widow of Lee Backlund whose death from nephritis in July 13 I 1923 was said to have resulted from froman an accident to Backlund four years before while he was In the employ I of the Independent Coal and Coke company and that company Is di directed directed directed di- di to make mako the payment of ot the theaward theaward theaward award accordingly The accident involved a fall tall of coal from the roof on November 4 1919 The coal struck Backlund on the head causIng causing causing caus caus- ing concussion of ot the brain and partial paralysis The commission will reopen the case of Mrs Alice Aliee E B.
