N Y T. and Louisville K Ky amounting to 1 per cent Among the eight cities showing increases for tor the month were Peoria Ill where it amounted to 2 per cent and Birmingham Ala Jacksonville Fla and St St. Paul where it was 1 per cent For the entire year an increase at Manchester of 6 per c cent nt was the greatest noted Food prices at Columbus and New Haven IIa In Increased increased in- in creased 5 6 per cent and at Buffalo N.
