Show j Child-Hamilton Wedding Monday Eve Highlights Social Events Of Week In a beautiful home ceremony Monday evening Miss Marie Child, 'daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Child, became the bride of Gordon Hamilton, son of was maid of honor, and another sister, Mrs. Yvonne Morgan, was bridesmaid. All wore corsages of baby orchids. Ronald Hamilton acted as best man for his brother. Others in, the receiving line included in-cluded the parents of the bride and groom. Art Child and Miss Elaine An- derson acted as host and hostess,, and serving was by the bridegroom's bride-groom's four sisters, Mrs. . Elaine Bjarnsen of Spanish Fork; Mrs. Eleanor Loveless of Payson; Mrs. Mildred Carter of Springville, and Miss Ramona Hamilton, Spanish Fork, directed by Mrs. Hugh Baxter. Bax-ter. The gift arrangement was under un-der direction of Mrs. Beulah Whiting, Whit-ing, Mrs. Marie Fennell of Salt Lake City; Joyce Ollerton and Dorothy Hansen, assisted by Wendell Wen-dell Packard. During the evening the guests enjoyed a musical program, with the Trebble Tones, of which the bride is a member, furnishing numbers, and the high school string quartet and Golden Hans-son Hans-son also rendering vocal music. The newlyweds left after the reception re-ception on a few days' honeymoon and upon their return will make their home in Springville, while Mrs. Hamilton completes her school year. The ceremony was witnessed by immediate family members and close friends, and immediately after the newlyweds were honored at a reception. The new Mrs. Hamilton was attractively at-tractively gowned in a dove gray suit. She wore a crown of baby orchids and held a fan-shaped bridal bri-dal bouquet centered with two white orchids, and from which fell a shower of satin ribbon.
