Show Friends Hold Annual Summer Party "Do You Remembers" were exchanged ex-changed among a large group of friends last Friday evening when they met at their fifth annual reunion re-union and get-together party at Valley Tavern. From a long table centered with bouquets of gorgeous gladiolas, a delicious dinner was served, covers cov-ers being laid for thirty-one guests. The theme of "Do You Remember Remem-ber Party" was bells and Mrs. Cleo P. Heavener's unique collection collec-tion of every kind of bell imaginable, imagina-ble, added a "chiming" note to the table decorations as well as program numbers. Place cards were fashioned with tiny bells and Bell was added to each one's name. There was a toast given to the Old School Bell, by Rea Straw and a toast to the Dinner Bell by Mrs. Alice T. Davis. Mrs. Philda Fin-ley Fin-ley gave a clever toast to Wedding Wed-ding Bells, and Mrs. Emma Gardner Gard-ner toasted "The Overtones and Undertones." Mrs. Cleo P. Heavener, as master mas-ter of ceremonies, kept the group in laughter as she toasted "The Belle of The Ball," and gave other clever anecdotes. In keeping with the theme of "Bells," Mrs. Floss Phillips and Mrs. Ellen Anderson sang "The Bells of St. Mary's," and Mrs. Catherine D. Wills gave "After the Ball Was Over." Accompanists Ac-companists were Mrs. Ida Bird and Mrs. Mary Bird. An entertaining enter-taining feature of the progrm was the .reading, "Curfew Must Not Ring Tonight," an old-time recitation recita-tion by Mrs. Myrtle N. Price of Logan. The group also enjoyed community singing of "School Days," "The Boarding House Dinner Din-ner Bell," "The Bells Are Ringing for Me and My Gal," and "Jingle Bells." ' The reciting of spontaneous .rhymes with each one taking part was also a part of the entertainment, entertain-ment, which closed with the customary cus-tomary singing of "Old Lang Syne." Attending the party were, Mrs. Jennie Clyde, Mrs. Zina Condie and Mrs. Alice Davis, chairmen of the party; Mrs. Lela Lisonbee of Salt Lake City, appointed chairman chair-man for the party to be held in Salt Lake City next year; Mrs. Cleo P.
