Show BUSINESS NOTES . . . A slmrp reduction in steel mill operation to perhaps 50 of the capacity is anticipated within the next few weeks as a result of scrap scarcity, the magazh Steel reports. Some production already has been lost because of the acute shortage of scrap. The A. B.
