Show CAMP SPRING CREEK AT NOVEMBER MEET ' Members of Camp Spring Creek PUP were entertained at the home of Mrs. Clara Boyer Thursday Thurs-day afternoon, with Mrs. Christie Lee, camp captain, presiding and Mrs. Eva Johnson conducting. The program included a history uiven by Mrs. Lottie Lambson of her father, Wm. Dresser Huntington, Hunt-ington, a pioneer of 1849. A vocal vo-cal duet was given by Mrs. Nellie Condie and Mrs. Afton Palfrey-man, Palfrey-man, accompanied by Mrs.- Ida Bird. Mrs. Eva Hansen gave an interesting lesson on early pioneer pio-neer medicines, and in connection with the lesson, Mrs. Maude Christensen gave testimonials in regard to early medicines and told of the medicine shows. Several Utah county officers attended the meeting. Mrs. Ar-villa Ar-villa Robibns, county chorister, led the group in song practice. Mrs. Emma Beardall, county historian, his-torian, gave a talk on forms and histories. Also during the meeting, meet-ing, Mrs. Reba Reynolds contributed contrib-uted ?2.00 for camp song books. The meeting was concluded with tasty refreshments served by the hostesses, Mrs. Stella Straw, Mrs. Eliza Roberts, Mrs. Ann Ewing, Mrs. Maude Christensen and Mrs. Boyer. |
