Show ORATORICAL WINNERS ' Dean Packard, son of Mr. and Mrs. Max Packard, was named as first-place winner of the annual American Legion sponsored contest con-test in the high school, it was announced an-nounced this week. He was presented pre-sented with a gold medal by George Nelson, contest chairman, in behalf i Mr. and Mrs. Alton Snow, received , honorable mention in the contest in which a large number of students stu-dents participated. The subject of the orations was "Americanism or Citizenship."
