Show VETO POWER OF UNO IS UPHELD Mr. John Foster Dulles, one of the American representatives to the first meeting of the United Nations Organization in London, I warns against any attempt to convert the UNO into a world, government through the elimination elimina-tion of the "veto power of the ' permanent members of the Secur- 1 ity Council." Mr. Dulls thinks that it is wholly whol-ly unrealistic to consider the abolition abo-lition of the veto power which was used on three occasions by the Soviet Union, but points out that "Russia is not the only permament member" unwilling to subject its interests to the disposition of the Council. j |
