Show Springville Herald Goes On Urban Delivery Service Herald To Be Delivered At Homes By 8:30 A. M. Each Thursday; Notify Office If Your Paper Is Late Under a new policy initiated "principally for the accomodation of Springville Herald subscribers, the paper will be delivered directly to the home of each subscriber 'early Thursday morning by special carrier service. Four local boys have been employed em-ployed for the new delivery service and each has been instructed to have the papers delivered not later than 8:30 a. m. on Thursday. If for any reason a subscriber does not receive his paper by that time, a call to the Herald office will be appreciated, ap-preciated, and a paper will be specially spe-cially delivered. While the new urban delivery will mean extra work at added cost to the paper, it is believed the new and improved service will be appreciated ap-preciated and prove satisfactory to the public. The city has been divided into four routes in order to maintain the best service possible. The delivery de-livery boys will cover every street with exceptions of those in far-outlying far-outlying districts, and these will receive the paper as usual through mail service. The new delivery service is in keeping with a progressive policy adopted whenever possible for the benefit of subscribers. The paper management also appreciates ap-preciates and welcomes contacts from their numerous subscribers in the way of news items, social happenings and other current events. Call the Herald and make the paper a better one by reporting report-ing the goings-on birthdays, births, parties, unusual happenings, accidents, or anything that makes news and in turn read what your neighbors, friends, and the city as a whole is doing. |
