Show D.U.P. CAMP HAS ELECTED NEW OFFICER GROUP Newly Organized Camp Invited To Join In Meeting Of Camp Springville On May 14 D. U. P. Camp Springville has been reorganized and the following follow-ing new officers elected: Mrs. Lela Sumsion, captain, succeeding suc-ceeding Mrs. Beth Berrett; Mrs. Dorothy Wheeler and Mrs. Nettie Thorn, vice-captains; Mrs. Hattie Williams, secretary; Mrs. Menette Bird, . assistant secretary; Mrs. Lydia Palfreyman, treasurer; Mrs. Myrtle Harrison, registrar; Mrs. Bell Childs, historian; Mrs. Rose Blackett, assistant historian; Mrs. Lena Maycock, class leader; Mrs. Ella Reynolds, chaplain. Mrs. Jennie Brown will be the chorister; Mrs. Arvilla Robbins, organist; Mrs. Mary J. Finley, parliamentarian; par-liamentarian; Mrs. Ella Edwards, custodian; -Mrs. Lois Martindale, Mrs. Mary Mendenhall, cheer leaders; Mrs. Hattie Dougall, flag bearer; Mrs. Pearl Sumsion, chairman chair-man of the memorial building committee. The camp's first regular meeting meet-ing under direction of the newly installed officers is scheduled for next Thursday, May 14, at 2 p. m., at the Relic hall. An invitation has been extended to the newly organized or-ganized Spring Creek camp to join them in this meeting, which will feature a Mother's Day program. |
