Show FINLEY TO HEAD SPRINGVILLE LIVESTOCK ASS'N. At . the annual meeting of the Springville Livestock association Saturday night, A. W. Finley was elected president, Kenneth Condie, vice-president, G. W. Sumsion, secretary, sec-retary, and Ed. Averett and Mark Law, directors, who with the executive ex-ecutive officers will comprise the board of directors. Speakers at the meeting were L. C. Montgomery of Heber, president pres-ident of the Utah State Horse and Cattle Growers association; George G. Larsen, supervisor of the Uintah Uin-tah National forest; Arthur Wag-staff, Wag-staff, assistant supervisor of the Uintah National forest; and Merrill Mer-rill Nielson, forest ranger. The speakers discussed methods of range feed improvement and cattle herd improvement, and how to raise the standard of range cattle. cat-tle. G. W.
