Show Scouters Invited To Training Course in Payson Sectional training course for Scouters of Kolob. Nebo, Palmyra. Santaquin-Tintic and Juab districts will be held March 3-4 and 10-11 at Payson. The time is 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. each evening at the Pay-son Pay-son high school. All phases of Scout leadership will be covered with basic training for Scoutmasters, Explorer advisors, advis-ors, unit committees, district committees com-mittees and commissioners, Merit badge counselors. Primary Guide leaders and coaches, and institutional institu-tional representatives. A welcome is extended to all others interested in the Scouting program. Actual training will be carried on by Scouters of the Local Districts Dis-tricts under the direction of their leadership training committees and under the supervision of the leadership lead-ership training committee of the Utah National Parks Council, according ac-cording to Stanley Leonard, Council Coun-cil Leadership training chairman. Mrs. Leonard announced directors direc-tors of the course as follows: Scoutmasters Basic Mel Wallace, Wal-lace, Squaw Peak District; Jay Nielson, Palmyra District Dean Brockbank, Palmyra district; Lynn Huff, Kolob district; R.
