Show Kiwanis Prexy . . . Glen W. Sumsion Is Elected Kiwanis Prexy Glen W. Sumsion was elected presidetn of the Kiwanis club, it was indicated by returned ballots and announced at the meeting Thursday evening of last week. He will succeed Glenn A. Tipton. Perry Goodliffe is vice-president and Reese Anderson, Maurice Bird, Berton Groesbeck, Finley Roy-lance, Roy-lance, Merle Sargent, Erwin Sheffield Shef-field arid Verl Whiting are elected directors. The new officers will be installed January 7, in connection with an annual dinner-meeting. Meeting Tonight The meeting this evening will be at the Third-Ninth ward church and Apostle Richard L. Evans of the LDS Church, will give the talk. Nationally noted for his radio broadcasts on the "Church of the 1 ' ''I i . r ' ' ' ' f ' i : i . i : i - Glen W. Sumsion Air," program, he is the newest member of the Twelve Apostles of the LDS Church. The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m., and all members of the Kiwanis club and their partners are invited. Wilford W. Clyde will be toastmaster. |
