Show Recreation Association Sponsors Talent Show Wednesday, Feb. 21 companying each picture will be a small jar and those wishing to vote for their favorite "tiny tot", can place a penny in the jar, each penny to count one vote. The money mon-ey from the votes will also go to the recreation fund. For other details concerning the contest, townspeople may contact Mrs. Blaine Thorn, phone 362-J or Mrs. Dorothy Stewart, phone 647-M. , "Going Places", is the title of an entertaining local talent show, to be given next Wednesday evening, even-ing, February 21, at 8:03 p.m., in the Second ward. The Springville Recreation Association As-sociation is sponsoring the entertainment enter-tainment and the funds derived will go to buy equipment for the recreation park. The show will feature all local talent. Charles (Chuch) Merrill will take the lead and there will also be a' children's Cinderella scene in which a large group of young people will participate. There will be 18 beautiful chorus girls and also a take-off on an Al Jolson scene, with Grant Clyde taking the part. Many others will be seen in the hilarious show. In connection with the entertainment, enter-tainment, a children's popularity contest is being sponsored and parents are asked to bring their children's pictures to be exhibited in the J. C.
