Hunting on special deer permits is confined to the area for which the permits are issued. i Check These Laws If You Hunt Deer With Utah's statewide general deer hunting season opening Saturday, Sat-urday, October 20, the department of fish and game today listed the following laws as among the important im-portant regulations governing this hunt. No one may hunt deer unless they are sixteen years of age, or older. One deer of either sex may be taken on the regular big game or combination hunting license over the whole state during the general gen-eral season. The deer must be tagged at the time of kill. The tag must remain with the animal while being processed pro-cessed and while stored. Every person while hunting deer shall wear conspicuous red headgear head-gear and red shirt, sweater or jacket. The legal pursuit of deer is confined con-fined to daylight hours. It is unlawful un-lawful to hunt by flashlight, spotlight spot-light or artificial light of any kind. It is unlawful to hunt, kill, or pursue deer with a dog or dogs. |
