Show Springville Man Is Named on School Survey Commission G. Lowry Anderson of Springville Spring-ville has been selected as one of three Utah county representatives on a 60 man public school survey commission, which will have the job of studying and possibly streamlining the state's education system. The commission consists of 40 members representing the state's 40 school districts, and 20 representatives rep-resentatives named at large. Utah county representatives besides Mr. Anderson include, Mrs. Odessa Cullimore of Provo and Leo Meredith Mer-edith of American Fork. Utah county members at large are, Dr. George Hanson and Allan M. West of Provo and Wallace Gardner of Spanish Fork. The commission was nominated at the Utah legislative council meeting in Salt Lake City last Saturday. It was authorized by the legislature and ordered to report re-port its findings by March 31, 1953. |
