Show Colleen Mason, Mapleton Exchanged ' Vows With Eldon Clyde, Jr. Oct. 18 V Margene Woodard. Helping with refreshments were Jerry Rasmussen, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Hone, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Barker, Mr. and Mrs. Jay Barker and Mrs. Nora Larsen. Mrs. Marilyn Mari-lyn Barker was hostess in the serving room. Helping her were Susan and Nolene Hjorth, Linda Hatfield, Pat Whitney and Helen Robbins. A beautiful wedding cake in yellow and white topped with wedding wed-ding bells decorated the serving! table. Colleen and her husband are both graduates of the Springville high school and Seminary. She has been employed in the Parks of Southern Utah this summer and Eldon has been enlisted in the Navy. He has been stationed aboard the USS M. T. Kalmai in Japan. They left for San Francisco Monday and will make their home there near his Navy base. m 9 Pretty Colleen Mason circled October 18 as her wedding date. She was married to Eldon Clyde Jr. on Thursday in the Salt Lake Temple accompanied by the following fol-lowing friends and relatives, Mrs. David Hone, Mrs. Nelma Christiansen, Christ-iansen, a grandmother; Mrs. Es-tella Es-tella Mason, grandmother; Eva Hone, Mrs. Afton Barker, Mr. and Mrs. Al Beardall, Bishop and Mrs. Glen Tipton, Mrs. Bessie Gourley and Mrs. Davis. Colleen is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Hone of Mapleton and Eldon is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Eldon A. Clyde Sr.' and Mrs. Dale Humphrey of Springville. A wedding reception was given for the bridal pair Thursday evening eve-ning in the Fourth Ward church of Springville. In the receiving line with the bride and groom were her parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Hone, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Clyde Sr., Mr. and Mrs. Dale Humphrey. Standing Stand-ing as best man was Dick Clyde, a brother to the groom. Miss Le-nore Le-nore Crandall was maid of honor and bridesmaids were Carma Rasmussen Ras-mussen and Carma Mason. The bride was beautiful in white lace over satin finished with a boat neckline and with a fitted bodice. He skirt was floor length. She carried a bouquet of yellow roses circled by white carnations. The bridesmaids wore pastel for-mals, for-mals, ballerina length. Their nosegays nose-gays were of bronze mums and white carnations. Flower girls were Connie Ivie and Tanara Woodard. Gift bearers were Janice and Bonnie Ivie, Reed Barker, Niel Hone, Catherine Barker Bar-ker and Blair Andreason.
