Show Brookside Market Wins City Hoop Title for Second Year For the second year in a row the Brookside Market Mar-ket basketball team has won the City basketball title. The market team won the league last year and dup- licated their record again this year as the league finished play last Thursday night. Russell's Market Mar-ket placed second in the league again this year with VFW taking third. Final Results ... In the final games of the schedule sched-ule Brookside defeated Safeways 46-30 with Blaine Johnson and Jay Neilson leading the victors. Ray-burn Ray-burn and Reid scored highest for the losers. Reed Bennett and Erie Boorman led the Russell's Market five to a 37-31 victory over Cal's Cars. Sumsion hit for 10 for the losers. Final tea mstandings and box scores for the games follow: W. L. Pet.
