Mr. and Mrs. Merrill Bird and Ijmily of Ogden were Mapleton tisitors last week. Mr. Bird went feer hunting with friends and rel-ilives rel-ilives while visiting here. A wedding dance was given at Senola Saturday night for Mr. ud Mrs. Reed Hales. Mrs. Hales 5 formerly Miss Zora Draper p Genola. The marriage was per-Inrmcd per-Inrmcd October 24. Many friends and relatives from Mapleton attended at-tended the dance. Miss Lucile Houtz gave a Hal-wc'en Hal-wc'en supper Sunday night at her borne in honor of her sister, Moz-ellc'a Moz-ellc'a birthday. A Democratic rally was held il the Maplc-.on amusement, hall Monday night. Some distinguished Democrats were speakers and later, llic evening was spent in dancing. Mrs. Susie Fuller and daughter, lora, were Sunday visitors of Mr. 'nd Mrs. Charles Whiting and ' thcr relatives of Mapleton. The Misses lone Nielson and Delia Houtz gave a Hallowe'en Prty for the Sunday school class Monday night at the home of the iwmer. About twenty-five little ;ucsts were present.
